Departure from Moorabbin Airport

  • Arrive at Moorabbin Airport for a personalised check-in
  • Meet your pilot and enjoy a pre-flight safety briefing

  • Ascent over the city's eastern suburbs, heading towards the Yarra Valley

Landing at De Bortoli Estate

3-Course Signature Meal

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the flight?

Passenger safety is our priority, and we want you to enjoy the experience. If there is bad weather on the day (heavy rain or high winds), we may need to reschedule the flight. If a flight does not depart at all, Helicraft reserves the right to refund the fare in full or reschedule the flight. 

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

If you need to make changes after your booking has been confirmed, a $50 charge applies for each change. For changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the charge increases to $100 per booking change.

Can I use my camera or phone during the flight?

Yes, take as many photos as possible! 

Are gift vouchers refundable?

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for three years from the date of purchase.
