Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
These Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions apply to all gift vouchers issued by Helicraft Pty Ltd.
Validity
All gift vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and guidance issued by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
Redemption
Gift vouchers may be redeemed for Helicraft Pty Ltd flights, tours, or services as specified on the voucher.
All redemptions are subject to availability.
Bookings must be made in advance.
Flights are subject to weather conditions, aircraft availability, operational requirements, and safety considerations.
Redemption on a specific date or time is not guaranteed unless a booking has been confirmed by Helicraft Pty Ltd.
Booking Requirements
To redeem a gift voucher, the voucher holder must contact Helicraft Pty Ltd to make a booking.
The voucher number must be provided at the time of booking.
A booking is not confirmed until availability has been secured and confirmed by Helicraft Pty Ltd.
Use of Voucher
Gift vouchers must be redeemed in a single transaction.
No remaining balance will be issued if the value of the service is less than the voucher value.
If the value of the selected service exceeds the voucher value, the difference is payable by the voucher holder.
Non-Transferable
Gift vouchers are not transferable.
Vouchers may only be used by the person named on the voucher, where applicable.
Identification may be required at the time of booking or redemption.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability.
If Helicraft Pty Ltd cancels a flight due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, the voucher will remain valid and may be rebooked within its original validity period.
No extensions beyond the original expiry date will be provided except where required by law.
Pricing
Gift vouchers are redeemed at current pricing applicable at the time of booking.
Seasonal pricing, peak period rates, or surcharges may apply.
Non-Refundable
Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Expiry
Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.
The expiry date is clearly displayed on each voucher.
Gift vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase and are subject to availability, weather, and operational requirements.
